What conditions can Iyengar yoga therapy help?

It is possible to join this yoga therapy group any week, it does not have fixed term dates. I lead this class with several qualified Iyengar yoga teachers assisting me; there will be a focus on designing a sequence to support each individual’s needs on the day. Students will follow different programmes in breakout rooms with their designated teacher. You do not need previous experience on Zoom. I will set and supervise the poses you do in conjunction with your designated teacher.
Class sizes will be limited, and it is very helpful if you let me know in advance if you plan to join the class, so I can coordinate the breakout rooms more efficiently. The class does not run if I am away so it is advisable to contact me in advance if you wish to join.
Classes will take place here: https://zoom.us/j/673983673 every Monday at 15:30-17:00. These will be drop-in classes and the cost will be on a sliding scale: *£20 if fully waged, £10 if part-waged, and free to those unwaged.
