Corona Virus update: All classes are held online until further notice.

All  classes will take place online via Zoom for the foreseeable future, please email me at lrnmcn@googlemail.com if you wish to attend.

Cost is £15 drop-in rate per class or £120 for 10 classes.

Children under 16yrs pay £5.

All equipment is provided: mats, belts, blocks, blankets and eye bags.

Classes run every week unless displayed otherwise, but kindly call 07957195618 or email before attending first class.

All pre-booked classes with be charged if cancelled within 24 hours.
